We are a small quiet affordable RV Park.  We also have storage sites available.  

Long term tenants (over 6mo.) Rate is $255.50 includes water, sewer, and trash.  A last month deposit of $255.50 and a $75.00 electric deposit are required.  1st month stay is pro rated if move in is after the 1st.  Month to Month lease.  Electric is metered and due on the first of every month.  Deposits can be paid in a payment plan if necessary.

Short term tenants (6mo. or less) Rate is $357.70 includes all utilites up to $100.00 electric allowance.  Anything over $100.00 is tenants responsibility.  No lease or deposits required.

Storage only-$53.66 per month or $1.75 per day if stay is less than a month.
