The stall must be maintained by the owner of the horse. Also, owner of horse must work with other owners who board their horses in our barn. Stall must be kept clean at all times.

Item Description Barn has six stalls.  Two were originally outside stalls that were closed in by a previous renter.  Currently, two stalls are being used.  One of these horses will be leaving on November 16 so we will have three open stalls in the heart of the barn.

Barn is in good condition.  New roof.  Storage for hay is available in loft.  Tac room and wash area is available to owners.

All owners must get along and develop a plan so that all of the horses can go out and come in together.  This is a must!
