Enjoy having the amenities of condominium living but the privacy, convenience, and other benefits of having your own house. In addition to two upper decks (one on each side of the house) that offer various degrees of shade/sun, we have a private and shady underneath deck adjacent to a stocked bass pond. This deck offers a swing, rocking chairs, and hammock. The underneath area of the house also has a new gas grill, private outside shower, and plenty of room for parking and play. This is a kid-friendly house in a unique community that is ideal and safe for kids.
