My last kid is gone away to college and now I have a 3 bedroom house and 2 bath. Whatever we settle on for rent will include all utilities except for phone, that you need to take care of on your own (ie a cell phone). Full access to laundry and kitchen. I live on a small 5 acre hobby farm just a few minutes from the interstate and across the street from great fishing and swimming at the dam only a few minutes to Idaho Falls or Shelly. Pets are OK. I will definitely need references before we settle on anything, also if you know your way around horses and sheep we can see how that mixes with the rent scenario. It is a split level house with a large back yard. The bedroom is a larger in our furnished house with full kitchen, living room bathroom and washer/dryer room. I work full-time 8-5 Sunday - Thursday.
