We had a family emergency and are unable to spend our week at our timeshare this year . Therefore we would like to rent it . This is a very good price for a effiency apartment right on the beach . The room was completely remodled . Marble counter tops in the kitchen , glass top stove , This room has a full function kitchen with Microwave , dishwasher Full Frig . Also there is a dining area and a couch and chair for relaxing .

This room is only a 2 min walk from the beach . A private beach so its never crowded . When the patio doors are open you can hear the waves of the ocean and smell the ocean breeze .

There is a outside hot tub , 2 full size swimming pools . This is truely a wonderful place to spend a week . 5 mins away from Lauderdale By The Sea and 10 from Fort Lauderdale .
